Vivaan Photo is a Springfield-based wedding photography and cinematography studio serving couples since 2008. We document Indian, American, fusion, luxury, and destination weddings with calm direction, careful timing, natural storytelling, and respect for each family’s traditions.
Based in Springfield, Illinois, Vivaan Photo serves Indian, American, multicultural, and fusion weddings throughout Bloomingdale, Chicago and its suburbs, St. Louis, Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Decatur, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Madison, and surrounding Midwest communities.

Our process begins with clear communication about the events, family priorities, locations, and wedding timeline. That planning helps the photography and cinematography teams work quietly and efficiently throughout the celebration.
On the wedding day, professional lighting, backup equipment, thoughtful portrait composition, and calm creative direction support both formal photographs and documentary coverage as moments unfold.
After the celebration, photographs and 4K films move through a careful editing process focused on consistent color, natural pacing, clear audio, and a finished story that remains true to the day.
Album design is planned around the strongest photographs and the natural order of the events. Couples review the proposed story before the final album is prepared.
Coverage is shaped around the number of events, location, timeline, family needs, and final delivery goals. Destination coverage is available throughout the United States, with international destinations considered upon request.
